FAQs
We do not offer this service at Face Doctors but would refer suspicious looking moles to a dermatologist for removal or evaluation. While this would permanently remove a mole, the risk of scarring is significantly higher. Alternative options such as mole and mole border excision with sutures are the preferred options for riskier moles that look cancerous or precancerous. If you have noticed a mole or wart on your skin that has changed colour, shape, and size, please consult a dermatologist or general practitioner urgently, so that they can do a mole map and see if it is malignant or benign.
